Finding you a home Let me start by saying this is one of the most rewarding areas of my job: Starting with a "buyers consultation" I will meet with you to get a feel for what you are looking for in a home, such as areas, price range, sq footage, number of bedrooms, baths and garage needs. From there we can tour the homes available, I can set up a "cart" for you that emails you directly as soon as a home is listed in your parameters. If at anytime you drive by and see a home for sale by anyone, either by another company or even "for sale by owne"r, give me a call and I can pull the records to get you more information on the home, then set up a convenient time to tour. Selling your home I will market and sell your home by: Free CMA to help you decide on a fair market value. List your home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), this will provide a descriptive listing and photos of your home to all area agents. Buyers can also access this information through search engines on the web. Design a custom color flyer highlighting the distinctive features of your home. This will be available to buyers both inside the home wile touring and outside on signpost. Signpost outside front of home, along with arrow signs from major streets. Have an "Office tour" to encourage agents to preview your home, for their buyers. Hold "Public Opens" for those who are looking on their own, Generally held both at the standard time, Sat or Sun 1:00-4:00, and what I call "Twilight Opens" held on weekdays 4:00-7:00pm to target those coming home from work. Along side of these "Opens" I have a few unique ways of inviting and getting local Agents and their Buyers to come view your home, call me and we can set up a time to review my marketing techniques.
